Meet the Team

  • Nick Boles PT, DPT, RRS, DN cert

    FOUNDER/OWNER

Dr. Nick Boles has an extensive background in sports and unique understanding of what athletes need to be able to do in order to perform their best. From playing basketball, soccer and cross-country in his youth, he developed a great appreciation for athletes and individuals who strive to reach their goals.

Nick went to college at California State University, Chico where he received his Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Physiology. Furthering his education, he went on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine For Health Sciences in Austin, Texas. Nick is happily married to his wife Maggie, and they currently reside in Texarkana, Texas.

Our Services

  • Dry needling is a hands on skill using monofilament needles to insert into localized tissues (ie muscle, tendon, bone) to address myofascial trigger points, promote tissue healing, and reduce pain.

  • Cupping, Soft Tissue Massage, Kinesio Taping, Rocktape Voodoo Floss, Normatec Hyperice Recovery Boots

  • We offer a comprehensive 1:1 running video analysis from multi-angle viewpoints to assess joint kinematics and mechanics, while providing cues to improve running economy and performance. This service can be purchased separately or included in a runner’s evaluation.

  • Specialty 1:1 sessions in either 30/60 minute blocks to focus on athlete’s sport specific movements (jumping, running, weightlifting) to assess technique and instruct on exercise progressions. This also includes video analysis from movement screens.

  • Specific and tailored running programs designed to help you accomplish your next 5k, 10k, 13.1 or 26.2 race. This program will include running specific exercise progressions, nutrition tips, training insight, and monthly calls (check ins) with a running rehab specialist.
